SnapTakeOff Document Library

Tier access: the Workmanship Warranty is included in every tier, Solo and up. The rest of the packet is an advanced feature — Foreman tier and above. Every customer-facing document a contractor needs, in one place. Each template opens as a fill-in page: enter the job details, and the contractor's saved permanent signature is stamped in automatically. Print or save as PDF today; in the app, these same documents send to the customer by link for phone signing, and the signed copy files itself to the job.

Workmanship Warranty Certificate
Contractor picks the term — preset years or any custom number — and issues the customer a warranty on the work, with coverage, exclusions, and claim steps.
All tiers incl. Solo
Service Agreement / Work Contract
The job contract: scope, price, payment terms, schedule, and change-order rules, signed by both sides before work starts.
Foreman +
Change Order
Documents any change to the original job — what changed, the price adjustment, and schedule impact — approved and signed before the extra work begins.
Foreman +
Declined Work Acknowledgment
For when the customer says "I don't want this work": records the recommended work, that the risks were explained, and that the customer declined — signed by the customer. Protects the contractor if it fails later.
Foreman +
Completion & Acceptance Certificate
Signed at the end of the job: work is complete, walkthrough done, any punch-list items noted, and the customer accepts the work. Starts the warranty clock.
Foreman +
Lien Waiver (Conditional / Final)
Contractor waives lien rights for payments received — conditional on a payment clearing, or final for a paid-in-full job. Often required before final payment is released.
Foreman +
Payment Plan Agreement
In-house financing agreement with disclosures and draw-to-sign — already built into SnapTakeOff, no separate template needed.

All templates are plain-language drafts for contractor use and should be reviewed by the contractor's own attorney, especially the service agreement and lien waiver, whose wording varies by state. Spanish versions follow the same pass as the rest of SnapTakeOff's documents.
