What Is Covered

Defects in the Contractor’s workmanship — work that fails because of how it was installed or performed — will be repaired or corrected by the Contractor at no charge for parts or labor during the warranty term.
Materials and fixtures installed by the Contractor that fail due to improper installation.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass through to the Customer in addition to this warranty; the Contractor will provide copies of manufacturer warranty documents on request.

What Is Not Covered

Damage from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, alteration, or work performed by anyone other than the Contractor.
Damage from acts of nature — storms, flooding, lightning, fire, freezing, or settling of the ground or structure.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, and consumable items.
Pre-existing conditions and work or materials not performed or supplied by the Contractor under this job.
Consequential or incidental damages beyond repair of the warranted work itself.

How to Make a Claim

Contact the Contractor at (334) 564-9882 · info@crosstradecontracting.com within 30 days of discovering a problem. The Contractor will inspect the work and, if the problem is covered, schedule the repair at no charge. Please keep this certificate and your invoice — they are your proof of warranty.

Transfer

This warranty may be transferred one time to a new owner of the property above, provided the Contractor is notified in writing within 30 days of the transfer of ownership. The warranty term does not restart on transfer.
